I remember when Sununu was in office and the freedumb state decided that the police would not enforce any gun laws that were not also state laws.
I had a chat with a state employee about it, I was curious if this would affect people in the therapeutic cannabis program, if this means that they can have firearms because the state doesn’t care what the feds say about it.
He didn’t answer my question, he rarely answered my questions. I had to flip out for a year to get him to answer some questions about how the dispensaries were able to market to us suddenly. Re the gun stuff his reply was something like “NH police have never involved themselves in federal investigations involving firearms.”
So they made legislation to stay out of federal law enforcement when it comes to weapons that kill people, but they are literally fighting for the ability to work with the feds to arrest restaurant employees?
How gross. I hate it here. I need to move to Massachusetts.
