I’m Anita Burroughs, a third-term state representative who has lived in the Granite State and my district for over 30 years. I’m still deemed a carpet bagger, but I hope my longevity will allow me to overcome that stigma.

I will explore new legislation…the good, the bad, and some so bad that they are humorous. I will highlight those bills that I believe are essential to maintaining our freedoms, protecting our environment, maintaining a business-friendly climate, and adequately funding public education.

I serve on the Commerce Committee, considered one of the most bipartisan committees in the state house. We need more of this in the state house.

I will roll up my sleeves and work with anyone in the state house, but I will continue to sound the alarm about extremism that is impacting our state.

I look forward to going back to Concord for the 2024 legislative session and promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
